We contacted Dennis for the first time today. We attempted unsuccessfully to pair a smartphone to a new Pioneer radio which was installed by a different vendor in a car we purchased. This man is the real deal . It was a hundred degrees plus outside and he did everything necessary to pair it and explain the features. We couldn’t be happier. Great Job Dennis!!!

I've had Dennis install two auto ceiling mounted DVD players, he also installed web cams in all our cars, also vehicle back-up cameras on 3 cars, his work has always been outstanding, he is very professional. I know one of his bad reviews came from an employee he had to fire. I too would give him 6 stars if possible.

I would rate 6 stars if I could. I brought in equipment (I needed installed) to Dennis I purchased on Amazon, and he quoted me a price much, MUCH cheaper than anyone else in town (in this case it was a 4 channel Alpine amp). Keeping in mind, I did not purchase these items from his store, he offered to install it, and did a fantastic job. He earned himself a customer, and I would recommend anyone to his store. I have always come to Audio Enhancers (Dennis) FIRST for ALL of my audio needs, be it a purchase or an istallation. Have i looked around at the "other guys" shops ? Yes. Hey im an honest person... but like i said only after coming to Audio Enhancers FIRST, and have always ended up back were i started. Dennis has more than fair prices, great customer service, and always does great installations !

I have had Dennis install speakers and/or CD players on all my cars in the past 10 years. I know he will not sell me something unreasonable, his prices are more than fair and customer service is the best. Came in today and he fixed my nephews CD player, even though it was purchased somewhere else. He then installed new speakers my wife purchased for me in my truck. I will always come to him first for any car electronics. Also had an alarm installed on my truck, and all our company cars ( not today though). He backs up his work! I would recommend him to all my friends.

TERRIBLE customer service from the owner. Does not try to help you out when you have a question on a product. Instead this guy will be a complete "I know everything" and make you feel like you know nothing. I'd definitely recommend paying more for better customer service at a different shop. This guy will just act like mr. Perfect and who wants to deal with someone like that when buying expensive products? Not me. Thanks for nothing
