I am a regular patron of the hair art salon of Attitudes in south Salem OR.
They have experts for weddings, proms who do a beautiful style that any young, middle or older person will love. All of the hair stylist have their own techniques & skills. Try each one to find your favorite. Mine is great at permanents (which my husband calls temporaries because I have to visit my friend/styelist every 5 to 6 weeks).
