Have had nothing but good things to say about Atlantis pools. Have always been very helpful. Would recommend anyone to this fine establishment. They know how to treat their customers.

Eric at Atlantis has been in this industry most of his life and he is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful person I've ever dealt with in my 50+ years of having a pool. They are the cheapest in the whole st louis area and will go above and beyond for you. My friends, family and I only use Eric at the Fairview Heights store. Honest and direct, Eric will hook you up and keep your pool and spa in great shape. He is indeed the pool doctor.

I'd like to rate 0 stars.I ordered a pool for the summer.Told to put $100 down to get on the books for a pool this summer.I was told to go home and measure the ground and if it didn't work at any time I could get the $100 back. I'm trying not to be too wordy but needless to say I very nicely called them and asked if I could get my refund as it appears there was a communication gap.lets just say I was made to feel unimportant as he had a customer in front of him.He was rude from the moment he answered the phone and is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Advice pick a different pool Co. Atlantis need to not promise things to customers you can't follow through on such as a refund and don't put hateful people in sales/customer service dept

Rude, accusatory, argumentative employees. Immediately told our repair was not under warranty without even seeing the problem. Told that we must have broken the part ourselves. Phone calls not returned. Filed a complaint with BBB. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

BEWARE! POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PURCHASED IN-GROUND POOL IT IS NOT LEVEL AND HAS WRINKLES IN LINER. TOOK MONTHS TO GET IT INSTALLED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Atlantis does not stand behind their products. Please check the Better Business Bureau website before you buy from them - many unresolved complaints. We purchased a new pool liner from them in May 2014 because our 13 year old liner was faded. Well this new liner is almost as faded after just one season & even though it has a 25 year warranty, neither Atlantis nor the manufacturer Swimline will honor it because the warranty ONLY covers defects in the seams. There are other pool companies & pool liner manufacturers out there even though Atlantis treats customers as if there are not!

We just purchased our pool from Jason Palmer, and recieved excellent service!!! The install crew that took care of us were great too! I always recieved prompt, curtious service. They always take their time with me and make sure that I understand completely before sending me out the door. I was recomended to Atalntis by a realtive that too recieved excellent service. I will continue to keep my business with such a great, LOCAL business!!!! Thanks Jason!!!!

I have purchased two pools with Jason Palmer at Atlantis. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and always makes me laugh. In the summer, it can get pretty busy, but he never rushes me and he is always thorough with making sure I know exactly what I need. He is the reason I get to enjoy my backyard.
