I can understand when disappointed people want to vent. for over 20 years have done business with brownie and terry and have yet to be sorry for doing business with them. I get no better treatment than any one else, as long as I mind my p's and q's. ouch if I don't. I have seen them both bend over backwards to help a customer, so the bad review that I noticed should be ignored

Not sure what the customer that left the negative review is talking about ....but my experience was nothing but the best. When I walked into the door I was greeted with a smile from a woman behind the counter. In my opinion she was very nice and profesional. I told her what part I needed for my car and she took care of it. I had no problems to speak of. These guys seem to be honest and fair. They offerd me a lifetime extented warranty which I thought was unheard of on a used part but I took it and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend Atlantic Auto Parts and Salvage. I would suggest however that the owners get the lady on the counter some help...she stayed very , very busy while I was there.. I guess you cant please everyone but they sure pleased me!!!
Horrible Business by
Not only would I NOT recommend this place, I would highly discourage people from making purchases here. My "three day" repair took over three months, the estimate of $700-$900 turned out to be $1550. The lady at the desk is incredibly rude, tells you she will call you right back and never does, then denies the conversation ever took place. I will NEVER walk through the gates of this place again, they are HORRIBLE!!! And a Rip-off!!!
