Bring cash and EXACT change. They claim their credit card machine is down by a sign on the window, however from what I've read from other reviews years earlier, it's been "down" as long as anyone can figure. It's more likely they don't want to pay the 2.5% to the credit card companies.

Bring a PAPER copy of your insurance card with you. They will NOT accept a photo on your phone.

GET A SIGNED RECEIPT!!!

They were open on Sunday morning despite what is advertised. Call late the night before. In my case the guy answering the phone said 9a.m. - They arrived around 9:20.

Be prepared to stand out in the hot sun for an hour or more unless you are 2nd in line.

One final thought. This company and their affiliate Ideal Towing are invited by apartment complexes to come look inside their garages and hunt for violations. THEY CHARGE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWED BY LAW, from what I've read. Perhaps let them know what scummy behavior that is. Many thanks to Millennium Apartments run by the Dinerstein Company for costing me about $500 in towing/storage fees during a family emergency. (silly me, left my car in the garage and registration just expired).
