Anniversary nightmare!!

Brought my wife to this store to by her an Iphone 6s as a gift. Walked in to an empty store thinking this would be a quick process. No the case at all!! Candice was very unsure of herself and was having issues but was afraid to seek help from the other associates. Our phones were showing processing for over an hour and all anyone could do was to provide us with excuses. No wanted to call Apple or another AT&T store to see if they were experiencing similar issues. They had one bench seat which was occupied by another customer and the manager (lady in white shirt). After 1 1/2 hours we terminated our purchase rather than spend 4 hours buying a phone. I have seen car purchases go faster than this. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and Jeremy (the male associate) was rude and unprofessional!! If you are in Fayetteville, NC you don't want to shop at this location. I will drive the extra miles to the Ski or Ramsey street stores!!
