called and was told I needed some additional information for my account to get the answer. Called back with the information and was told to call 611 from my cell phone. Rushed and very poor customer service. Wonder why people are making the switch to Verizon? Get with it.

The service I've recieved from A T & T in the 10 days I've been a customer has been appalling. I have a phone that took over an hour to set up the voice mail, which included having to go online first to register the account, having to wait 20 min for "customer care" and then I called the store hoping a live body might help. NOPE. Apparently nobody knows what they're doing...

upgrade

went into the store to upgrade my device. I was greeted at the door by the sales rep. I explained what ia was looking for and the rep showed me a couple of phones that had what i was looking for. once the upgrade was done the rep made sure i knew how to work the phone and asked if i had any questions. the staff there is very knowledgeable and the were all eager to help. i would recommend this store to anyone.

I also was in this store to see about an upgrade. I do not know much about smart phones, and the salesperson was not willing to take any time to explain anything to me. I felt like he did not want to spend anytime with me since I wasn't interested in the most expensive phone there. I would not go back to this store.

Customer Service not so great...not even ok

Walked in one day and was trying to get some questions answered, but the guy seemed more interested in his female coworkers. Went back the next day and started to get help from someone, but he barely knew anything about the phones and seemed very rushed. He did not forget the, "Please buy from me because I make commission speech either." One thing I cannot stand is when people remind you that they make commission and seem to beg. If you treat the customer good and seem like you are interested in them the sale will come and you will get your commission. People who ask for it aren't good sales people. Stay away from this store unless you want to look at the girls the first guy was interested in.
