I have been using Rudy's for almost 3 years now. I have had many estimates and Rudy's beat them all!! I have had brakes, electrical work, timming belt, lights, tune ups, and they are currently replacing a motor in my Toyota. I have NEVER had a problem with any of their work, they are great at explaining the problem and how they are fixing it. I am a woman who drives older models so I have had many shops try to tell me that things need fixed that don't! Rudy's does not do this. They are honest and I tust them!!

I TOOK MY CAR TO RUDYS TRANSM, THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO DO BUISSNESS WITH, THE MANAGER IS A LIAR!!!! THE OWNER IS A SNAKE, AND THATS INCLUDING THE SECRETARIES! THEY NEED TO GET INTO THE BUISSNESS OF RAISING BULLS

I spent way more then the orginal price and after six months of mainly lies and a letter to the better business burue they finily told me it was ready. And that they were gona have to charge me extra for fileing a complaint. Upon picking my truck up it was not fix I still paid 2100 and had to take it to another shop to get it fix for what they had said they fixed not onece but after I took it back the second time. Here's my advice if you want to take your truck to rudys transmission just shoot youe self in the head and save yourself the hassle

Customer service exceeded other shops standards, communication never had any gaps and pricing was unmatched. I personally experienced super fast turnaround, my transmission was rebuilt in 3 business days. Additionally, they discovered other potential mechanical failures in the drive train and offered me super low cost solutions. I admire this shop integrity and will recommend it to all my friends and family.Thanks!
