Our developement has been self-managed for years-with many problems that we could not solve or dues we could not collect. I was refered to AMS by a collegue, and have never looked back. The owner of the company, Jane, has knowledge and expertize that we appreciate every day. We had collections that were taken care of in 90 days-we spent years trying to collect. Her no nonsense approach put money in our pockets and now we are in the BLACK for the first time in years. This is a business woman and her employees always answer the questions when we call-no call backs needed. We have a manager that makes things happen, and meets our budget every month. Our board backs her in the decisions that are made and vice-versa. Our homeowners appreciate the quality of maintenance that gets done quickly and correctly. This company is worth their money--and will save you money along the way. I have read the other reviews--I would say no one at AMS has ever been rude when calling them.

Our townhome association has suffered with other "cost saving" management companies for the past 7 years. We have been over budget,been faced with foreclosures, no collection policy that worked, and lack of good contractors. WE HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY! The owner of this company and staff has collected past dues, helped with our "realistic" budget, and helped us find a wonderful snow removal company! The managers on staff are educated to all our needs. Our Board and homeowners are so grateful for their service! They also answer their phone!
The BEST townhome management company! by
I am the President of our townhome association, and we, as a board, had been VERY dissatisfied with our previous management company. We hired AMS management company after seeing the enthusiam and extensive knowledge in the interview, and have now found this company to be above and beyond our expectations. We had financial problems, lawncare company problems, and our maintenace was not being done as directed. Within 4 months after hiring AMS we were putting money into savings each month, changed lawncare providers, (which are EXCELLENT!) and our maintenance was getting done at a cost that was already saving us money. We could barely get 5-8 homeowners to our annual meetings, and now we had 80 show up this year. Our homeowners are VERY pleased with this company and AMS makes our board positions easy.###Our board was afraid of changing our management company. AMS is the best decision our board made and we waited way too long to make the change. This is the BEST townhome mngmt company
A Property managment that knows how to get things done. by
The owner of this business is very thorough and efficient in running the association. She is able to advise homeowners the bylaws and rules and what their options are. Her real estate knowledge has saved our association alot of money.###Her contractors, including legal, are handpicked. If there is any problem with a particular contractor's work, she investigates and gets it resolved.###Lightning hit one of the townhome complexes. The owner got someone at the site immediately to report back to her on what was happening. She talked to the individuals impacted. Everyone was taken care of. The following week, a gas leak was discovered in the townhome across the street, she got MidAmerican out and other contractors to verify if it was safe for people to return to their homes.###If you are looking for someone who is going to represent your association as a whole, this is your company.
