About Associated Appraisers We are an established residential appraisal firm with an office located in Hayden, Idaho. The northern panhandle of Idaho is a unique area with property types ranging from manufactured homes and cabins to multi-million dollar seasonal homes. We deal with a wide variety of assignments that include waterfront, view, acreage, condominiums, and of course single family and 1-4 multi-family homes. This level of diversity coupled with a fast changing real estate market requires a great deal of local knowledge and experience. Associated Appraisers of North Idaho was established by three partners in February 1988. Jeff Morbeck and Terry Fisher have worked together continuously since that time and over the years have brought Steve Souther, and Lisa Jensen into the business. Our combined experience, education, and knowledge of the area supports a high level of quality and professionalism with over 100 years of appraisal experience in Kootenai County and surrounding areas beginning in the early 1970's.
