My laptop gave me the blue screen of death out of nowhere after having it for only 15 months. The geeksquad charges a lot to diagnose. Plus u have to get up , go to best buy, and wait in line.

Called these folks up after seeing all the positive reviews and they didnt disappoint. Later the same day, Billy came over to take a look at it. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He ran a diagnostic at my place and my harddrive was fried. So he took my laptop and external hd to try to get the data from it. Unfortunately, it was fried pretty badly, but they work with another company that specializes in data recovery.

From an amateur perspective, this is a vital business in a technologically advanced society. Whenever you have a need for repair/service/update this should be your first stop!

The guys at Assist My Computer hooked me up, my laptop died on me and refused to turn on. The Assist My Computer team had me up and running by the end of the day. SOOO happy my life was on my laptop and I would be lost without it.

My Wife and I brought in our Toshiba satellite and got it fixed here. We are an older couple and appreciate the help we got. These guys hot us cranking again. Laptop is fast and we are able to browse and get to our games and Facebook safe again..They really took the time and assisted us Greatly. We do appreciate it and were letting other older couples know.

I have been working MS money which I use for my home and business for years. This handles all of my financial data and life. Our Computer crashed due to the Crypto Virus my daughter got. They said they would return my computer and refund $150 I put down. They are not refunding my money, the owner began swearing at me and my husband and made threats that he knows everything about me after having my computer for two weeks. This company is very bad and this guy says "it's only $150"! The store on 159th is always empty.
