I received a gift certificate from my husband for our 2nd annv. I was really excited to try a new place. I get a microderm facial about once everything three months so I know what kind of service one should get for the amount you end up paying. My gift certificate was for 150. That's a pretty decent amount. I arrived for my appt and was escorted to the room. The place is small, but as long as the service is good, it shouldn't matter...right? Well the service wasn't so great. My estheticians was very awkward and her jokes were rude. If someone wants to get a facial before a holiday they should be able to do it without getting snide comments from the person doing the facial. I also requested my eyebrows be tinted since they are light in color. She left the dye on way too long and said I will "weird" today. The facial was supposed to be a full hour, I was out of there in 45 min. The final amount of the bill was 149. The esthetician took my gift certificate and said you have $1 left. She never even gave it to me. Constructive critism: be curtious, don't tell someone they shouldn't be doing what they are doing. Its my gift certificate and my choice to get a facial before a holiday. Don't cut short the time, give the customer the experience they are paying for. Don't tell someone they are going to look weird because of something on thier face. If you know the eyebrows are too dark,then offer to do something about it. Let the person see it and discuss what can be done before you walk out of the room I'm lucky this fades quickly. Overall very disappointed and bummed out. I had booked this appt almost a month ago and was looking forward to it. Oh well...i will not return to this salon.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Aspen Salon! from the moment I walked in I was blown away with how at home I felt! The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is completely professional, and they carry the highest quality products! I also found out they do teeth whitening and Botox! I'll definitely be a returning customer! You won't be disappointed!
