In all of my life, I have never, ever experience such bipolar and manic business practices. After 6 months of use, my self- close drawers (on my brand new barely used) drawer broke...or more like rotted off from poor materials. Instead of communicating with me (I am a interior designer) that he was not going to repair my drawer, Kris picked up my drawer and held on to it. . .after months of my husband trying to contact him. . .he finally declared that I was manipulating him and that he was never going to warranty my drawer. He ranted to my husband that we had wasted his time (after waiting 8 weeks and more for him and being stood up twice) The experience was insane. . .Kris scared both myself and my husband who ultimately had to drive over an hour to pick up my original broken drawer. He made outlandish accusations including my children broke it (not true) to that I stood him up to close a deal from my client. I am only a designer and can not push or force my clients to move forward. As it turns out, my client did not want to move forward at that time because they had chosen to go through with a 250,000 renovation instead of a powder room reno, which could have meant more than 50k in cabinetry). Also, my daughter's built in closet drawers also broke, after I begged him to upgrade the drawer slides (she is 8) when they finally broke after a sleepover, he also refused to fix them. I even offered to pay for them, as I need drawers in her closet. He later told my husband he told me I should upgrade, a total lie. I speak for my entire family, we hope to never encounter him again...for more than just shoddy service and average product.
Disappointing is an Understatement

Aspen Cabinetry outputs decent cabinets, but the service and communication from the owner is terrible. It took him 4 months to complete unassembled cabinets and doors which were to be completed in six weeks. Constant promises, constant no responses. Horrible service.
