When I went to purchase a queen bed for the guest room, I certainly wasn't expecting anything special from Ashley Furniture. Many of my friends had said they were more expensive than RC Willey. We had been shopping all morning and had gone to several stores including two RC Willey stores. We were on our way home on 300 West when I saw Ashley Furniture. We decided to take a look. We found a smaller profile black Queen bed but felt the price was too high for the quality. Sameed was assisting us and took our offer to David (Manager). While he was gone we took a closer inspection of the bed and determined we wanted something made better. When David and Sameed came back to accept our offer we had to tell them we had changed our minds. They were very gracious and understood our decision. As we were leaving I spotted a gorgeous bedroom set that was far out of our price range. I laid on the bed anyway saying "someday". David said that he could possibly give me a price that we could afford. I didn't think it could be done. I wanted the whole set! He told me the price and of course that wouldn't work. We discussed what I could do and I set my price. David pulled a miracle for us and I got the set for the price I could afford. Well I must say that several price overrides and special Manager discounts and we left extremely happy. RC Willey, you have just lost a five star customer. What Ashley Furniture did for us made a customer for life. I can tell you after many many RC Willey purchases I've done over the years, never have I had Customer Service such as this. Quality furniture for a fraction of their price. Thank you David and Sameed. I will definitely come back when it's time for a new dining set. I already know which one I want.
