I purchased a very nice bedroom set and the bed feel on the ground while moving on the bed! I went in to tell them i wanted a new bed because it is under warranty only 7 months old and they refuse to replace the bed and refused to allow me to upgrade they are Cheap but not worth it. SPend the EXTRA money and you will sleep better in the long run!

i am so mad at Ashley's my husband and i purchased a new home and decided to go to Ashley furniture. Usually we go to the RoomStore in Temple. Today is Sept1 and we purchased our furniture almost 1 month ago. We received the all the dressers to the bedroom set, even the mattresses but no headboard or footboard! That was the 1st delivery. The second delivery we receive the dining room table with all 6 chairs missing! Living room set delivered and all table had to be rescrewed because it was put together only for the moment! Crazy!!! the day we ordered our furniture we were told that we would get everything except five pieces had to come from Dalls. Seems like more than five pieces missing to me! anyway we spent $7,+ . Imagine That!!!
