I called Ashford Automotive Monday morning and was told to bring it in Monday afternoon. After a 20 minute wait, I was told that they did not have time to see the car that day. I made arrangements to drop the car off Tuesday morning using their drop box. I placed the keys in the drop box and later at 10 am to make sure they received my keys. I was told by the receptionist that he was "pretty sure" that they were looking at my car and that a technician had probably not called me yet because they were ordering parts for my car.

I called again at 1 and was told they could not find my keys, even though I had placed them in the drop box as requested. I was told they would look for them right away and take a look at my car. When I came by around 2, the receptionist could not find the technician anywhere. As she was calling him, I went and checked the drop box and my keys were still in it! I am very disappointed with the lack of service I received.

I came in to have my power steering serviced and they recommend a flush rather than changing out the pump. Turned out the flush did nothing so they offered to not charge me for the flush if I have my pump changed there. Truck is running like new again and they were very fast and kind. I'll be a return customer now.

Went in to Ashford to have my a/c fixed today. The car required extensive work and Ashford was able to get my a/c back up and running in a very reasonable time frame, for a very respectable price. Mechanic and Front desk are both very friendly and sweet! Highly recommend Ashford Automotive
