Most customers like to know what goes into a project. Here's a quick synopsis of the project process:

Step one: initial appointment. Sit down with clients, listen to their building/remodeling ideas, draw up rough sketches, discuss project options and project time frame and propose an estimate for the project.

Step two: signing of the pre-construction agreement. Create conceptual drawings of proposed project, develop price range using conceptual drawings, create working drawings based on homeowners choice of design and create a more precise estimate based on working drawings.

Step three: decision to move ahead with project. Signing of contract, homeowner confirms and finalizes all choices and options, and building permit application.

Step four: the project! Pre-construction meeting to confirm direction and schedule of project, commencement of project, periodic project progress meetings with homeowners and diligent management every phase of project through completion.

Step five: completion of project! Final walk-through, review owners’ manuals, instruct clients on proper operation, confirm all punch list items have been completed and three month and sixth month follow up to confirm homeowner is happy and satisfied.
