On 9/22, I called and asked if the shop was opened on Saturday and the office staff lady hung up on me, I called back again and I asked agian if she was opened again on Saturday and noted that she hung up on me and she stated here... let me hnag up on you again... I won't ever call this rude company again... I will pay more and go to the competition again.

The initial phone call to Amor Lock and Safe was handled professionally and responded to my needs. The technician Alex was professional in his job and answered any and all questions I had. He explained what happened, how he was going to fix it and if I had any questions or concerns after he was done to just call him and he would take care of them.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate this companys services. I recently purchased a safe from Armor Lock and Safe. The receptionist at the office was very friendly and courteous. Alex your technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with the product I purchased as well. After the new safe was installed, Alex spent extra time making certain that I knew all about it before he left my home. It is refreshing to find a company that really stresses their customer service. And also knows what they are doing. Thank-you again, I will be using this company for any of my lock or safe needs in the future. I have also recommended this company to several of my friends.
