Never go there

Horrible place. Dogs barking all the time. My dogs gets stressed being there, I will never go back and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Saw staff taking a deceased pet out back, carrying, dropping and dragging and laughing all the way. Obviously didn't care it was someones beloved pet they were treating with disrespect and irregard.
Ark Animal Hospital .... Where only money matters

While our mother was lying on her deathbed in Hospice their beloved dog developed an ear infection. We called hoping to get her some help over the phone since no one wanted to lose any precious moments with our mother, and our father didn't need the stress of worrying about his dog. They insisted we make an appointment. I am the nursing manager at a very busy Allergy Clinic in Fort Collins. There isn't any way my Doctor would insist any of his patients leave their families side without at least trying to treat them over the phone first. Of course if symptoms persisted or worsened within a day or two, for their safety he would then request they come in. Then when we got there instead of allowing their long-time patient to be billed they suggested we call our father, who by the way was sitting beside our dying mother, to get his credit card number. Obviously only money matters. We paid the bill without disturbing him. But personally if myself or any of my employees treated my patients with such disregard we would be gone. As far as I'm concerned their behavior is disgusting. That was not concern that was greed!!!! DISGUSTING
ARK Animal Hospital, Casper, Wyoming

We adopted a dog from Metro in Casper and found out that ARK Animal Hospital gives free checkups for those animals, but that's where the consideration ends. We were told we had to purchase the heartworm pills from their practice, when all they should be doing is calling a prescription in to Wallmart and we could purchase it there, but they would rather gouge their clients for more money by charging $62.00 for a six-month's supply when the going rate is $38.00 and was, at the time, on sale on line for $27.00 for a six-month supply, and he was charging $40.00 more than he had a right to. I resent having a SHYSTER for a veterinarian - but that's exactly what he is! I will take my business elsewhere, and anyone who is even thinking about taking their animals to ARK should re-think the situation as well.
