WORST SERVICE EVER by WILSON - 10/09/2009WORST SERVICE EVER. BOOKED THESE GUYS FOR TABLES CHAIRS AND LINENS FOR A WEDDING REHERSAL DINER - THEY CALLED TWO DAYS BEFORE THE EVEN TO CONFIRM - CONFIRMED. THEY THEN CALLED 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEY WERE MEANT TO SHOW UP STATING THEY WERE STUCK IN TRAFFIC. THEN NOTHING. THEY NEVER SHOWED, THEY NEVER CALLED, NOTHING. THE NEXT DAY SEVERAL MESSAGES WERE LEFT FOR BOTH PRTNERS TO EXPLAIN WHY THAT HAPPENED AND HOW ON EARTH IT WAS ACCEPTABLE. WAS TOLD THAT ONE PARTNER LIED TO THE OTHER IN AN ATTEMPT TO CHEAT THE OTHER OUT OF THE FEE FOR THE RENTAL AS WE WERE PAYING CASH - NO COMPENSATION NOTHING. CALLED THEM AGAIN FOR ANOTHER EVENT TO SEE IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO CORRECT THE ERROR OF THEIR WAYS AND THEY WONT EVEN RETURN THE PHONE CALL - DISPICABLE SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICE AND I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON EVERY SITE I CAN FIND - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - UNPROFFESSIONAL AND BEYOND UNRELIABLE!!!!
