At the ASU Speech & Hearing Clinic it is our goal to improve communication through education, comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and individualized rehabilitative intervention.
The Hearing Clinic is open to the public and offers expert, professional and comprehensive research-based services to patients of all ages from infants to senior citizens. A wide range of diagnostic audiological services to assess hearing ability and rehabilitative services to provide hearing aids, assistive devices and aural rehabilitation are available using the most innovative techniques, materials and state-of-the-art equipment. The Hearing Clinic accepts self-referrals, as well as referrals from physicians and other professionals. The Hearing Clinic is open year round including summer and during semester breaks. Our licensed and certified audiologists are skilled in the areas of pediatric assessment and management including infant/toddler assessments, adult diagnostic audiological procedures, balance assessment, tinnitus assessment, electrophysiological assessment, hearing aid and assistive technology selection and provision, auditory processing assessment, and the development of effective communication skills through aural rehabilitation.

The ASU Department of Speech & Hearing Science is a distinguished educational and research program recognized throughout the country, with emphasis placed on using science as the foundation for clinical practice. The ASU Speech & Hearing Clinic serves as a training and research facility for bachelor, master, and doctoral programs in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. Clinical services are provided by Doctor of Audiology students under direct supervision of licensed, ASHA certified clinical audiology faculty members.

Services are provided to the general public at a competitively priced fee. Insurance is accepted with appropriate prior authorization. Discounted rates are available for ASU employees and students. A sliding fee scale is available for those meeting the financial eligibility requirements.
