Would not recommend this company by dissatisfied customer - 10/28/2009Arizona Discount Movers offered me a quote on my move that ended up being 2 hours less than the actual time. I had the moving men taking 20 min bathroom breaks on my dime with no resolution from the company. The customer service is lacking and I was not able to receive resolution of my concerns, even after numerous calls. Even if other companies have higher rates, I would think twice about hiring this company- they do everything they can to make the job take longer than necessary. I even had to help them move a couple of my items! They were not satisfactory at all! the "no hidden costs" is a joke as well.

The movers were phenomenal- they were polite, efficient, arrived right on schedule and did an excellent job getting everything safely to its destination.Even when there were 3 flights of stairs involved. I would definitely recommend Arizona Discount Movers for its great service!
Great Company by PaulaSW - 08/28/2009I needed a remarkable company to serve my needs when it came to moving from one place to another. I have a lot of old furniture that used to belong to my grandmother and has been in my family for generations now and I can't even imagine the possibility of it ever getting damaged as I want to save it for my granddaughter. Arizona Discount Movers were very careful and dedicated to the task they had at hands showing an incredible sense of responsibility and professionalism. For that I'll be forever grateful and I do recommend them.

I booked a move with them for the early afternoon, I was a little nervous because I had to be out by that day. I have heard of moving companies not showing up. So when the movers were a little late in arriving to my home to start my move, I started to panic. But thank god they showed up about a half an hour late, I was so happy the did such a great job. They were courteous, professional, and move my stuff with care. They wrapped my dressers, used bed bags for my mattresses, ect. I was completely satisfied with their service. I would recommend them.

I had a horrible experience with that moving company. So when I had to make another move, but locally within Phoenix. I was a little reluctant. I explained all my fears to this company when booking this job. They came out and did a great job. I was pleased with their services. I am glad this time my move turned out to be a good experience.
