Our website is constantly updated with new information and pages of our network companies, and many of the pages contain short video clips from a passenger's perspective of the tours. That way, you will be able to get a glimpse of the highlights, and get an idea of what the tour will be like before you book it. We only deal with highly-reputable, insured and bonded companies with proven safety records, because your safety is of our utmost concern.

You can call us, or communicate by e-mail if you have any questions or need our advise. If you know specifically what you are looking for, you can use our "tour request form" and we will send you a confirmation letter as soon as we've been able to arrange all of your desired tours. You can typically expect a response within four business hours, as this website is constantly monitored. In most cases, your credit card will be used to hold your reservation, and you will not be charged until the day of the tour, unless specified on the company's individual page on our site. Your confirmation letter will specify the cancellation policy of each tour company, and their contact information in the event that you need to cancel or change reservation dates.

We do not mark up the prices on any of our network tour companies, and we will look for any applicable discounts such as AAA, military discounts,or AARP. Many tour companies offer special discounts for Arizona Concierge Network customers, so you can typically save money on your tours by allowing us to make your reservations for you.
