I highly recommend this company. Christian, Aiden and the delivery team were very nice and easy to work with. Also, while trying to decide where to put my spa, I had some questions that were knowledgeably answered by the support team. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased spa at State Fair sale. Very knowledgeable staff. Young man who filled and set up spa was very helpful and made sure we understood how everything worked. Love our new spa.

We bought our spa at the home show. Got an excellent price for the exact spa we were looking for. Arrival of tub and install were as promised. Staff is knowledgeable and have been so helpful with any questions we have. The communication and service have been great. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Love that we can order our supplies online with free delivery.

Arctic Spas was knowledgeable and very friendly. The were great to work with when I had to reschedule delivery. I'd recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

I have had my spa for a few years and saw a few reviews on here questioning the service. They have excellent service. I recently thought I had a problem with one of my pumps and a service call was made. It turned out to be something that wasn't covered under warranty. Since I thought there was some confusion Christian just took care of it. In all of my dealings the service has been excellent and those that suggest otherwise I would ignore. I write this review not for artic spas benefit, but for readers so they know they can trust the product and service at artic spas.

Things have changed since 2011! Christian has been wonderful to work with, I called numerous times when my spa was new with pretty "dumb" questions, however he and Gary were always willing to help. The one little issue I had they tried to walk me through, it ended up being an airlock that they sent a service person up within 1 week to fix (and I live in Wyoming). I think that they have been amazing, and the spa is superb!

We have looked at swim spas for well over a year and were ready to purchase from a competitor. By chance I called Christian at Arctic Spas to give him an opportunity to work up an offer in comparison to the one we were ready to make with someone else. We had seen Arctic Spas at a home show or two. Christian promptly called back and went over a price and specs for an Arctic Spa. We were pleasantly surprised by the offer and the specs. We were especially impressed with the build quality of the spa, ie...heater, filtration, and the way the tub is insulated. Everything just made sense. Made the drive to the shop and spoke more. Christian and crew were very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Thirty minutes later we bought a swim spa. Christian followed up a day later at our home to go over delivery and other questions we had. So far our experience with Arctic Spas has been Very Good and look forward to delivery in a few weeks.

We had a great excperience so far working with Chistian. He let us give his Swim Spa in the store a try and then helped sweeten the deal for us by adding in so many extras, plus a bonus salt water cleaning system. The spa arrived right when we scheduled it and we are excited to fill it up and start using it. Thank you Christian! Amazing customer service so far.
