They do not care about patients.. its the almighty $$$$$$$$$$.Dr. Henry has poor bed side manners..Staff is okay, some of them, like the back office personnal.DR. HENRY... A GIANT JOKE...Please find someone who is NICE, KIND and treats you like a human, not like his DOG.

I went to Arcadia Dermatology to get rid of a sun spot on my face. I was told IPL was the best option. I was very disappointed with the approach and the results. I wasn't really consulted with beforehand and I found the whole thing just very unprofessional. When the photofacial started I smelt a burning hair smell. I asked what the smell was and I was told that the laser might be a bit too hot. The smell made me very nervous and I was really worried my skin was being burnt. It was only when I got home I realised that the laser had actually burned my hair line and I was left with stubble on two sides of my head! There was also no difference in my skin. I looked the exact same. After complaining the next day I was told to give it a week. I have now given it two weeks and there is still no difference. Needless to say I am looking for a refund.
