customer service and courtesy .....not at this business by villageidiot - 01/30/2009
Over three weeks ago I took my steamvac to this store for repair. Without calling to
inform that the costs would be almost as high as the original purchase price, the store
went ahead (well, after TWO weeks) with the repair.

They then tried to tell me that it was a 300.00 machine (I faxed them the sales receipt proving that
it was around 100.00 BRAND NEW). One lie exposed. When Hoover refused to cover the tab,
they got rid of the machine. If the parts & labor were actually that high, I doubt they disposed of
the machine. So, if you purchase a Hoover Steam Vac from this store, make sure it's in the
box.
