Worst Customer service

I was in a bad accident and hospitalized for 6 weeks, I called to get an extension and to my suprise they only do this of you've had them over a year. So I asked to place my sure pay on hold for the next month. They did not do so but sent ma a letter telling me I could no longer make payments online or over the phone. When I called to get this fix the lady said "I guess you should learn to pay your bills" and that "being hospitalized doesn't stop people from paying bills"... Well it does when you're there for 6 weeks! They are rude and don't care about people, just money.
