Absolutely the worst service experience of my life. The first service tech complained to me about having to work on my new washer because it is a stacked unit and in a tight corner. He worked for a couple of hours, nicked up my walls, got cut and left blood on my walls, left trash on my floor and couldn't fix the problem. He also asked if I had a bucket or a towel he could use to clean up the water that would spill out when he unhooked the water lines. I mean - This is what this guy does for a living and he shows up with no bucket or rags to wipe up water! One full day wasted as I had to take the day off from work because they don't give you a specific time. The next time the owner (Ron) came out with the new part they ordered. Got all the way to my house before opening the box only to find it was not the correct part. Another day off from work for nothing. Ron promised me he would over night the new part so it could be installed the next day. Two and a half weeks later he shows up to install the part that was supposed to be shipped over night. And of course not a single phone call or text message to let me know what was going on. Ron (The Owner) installs the new part and informs me that my washer is fixed and that he ran it to insure that it was working correctly and left. I put in a small load of laundry and started the washer. Yep - You guessed it, same problem and washer completely malfunctioned. Also, after Ron left my house I found a large amount of water on the floor in front of my washer. I thought it might be leaking so I got a flashlight to look under the washer. After turning on the light a found not only water that was not cleaned up but a piece of paper trash and a screw. These could have been easily picked up and cleaned up by Ron when the machine was pulled out. Instead he just left the mess and the water and the nicks on my walls. Mind you this is a brand new washer in a brand new house. It has not worked since I bought the house. So now three months after I moved in, I still don't have a working washer. So I called Ron the tell him that the washer still doesn't work. I told him about the mess he left and that after three months, three days of work lost and two nicked up walls and a bunch of trash left on the floor behind my washer that he "Let Me Down"! AT this point the owner of Appliance Solutions tells me to "Back Off" at which I lost my temper and told him not to talk to me like that at which point he hung up on me. I was shocked that a business owner would talk to a customer like that, especially after he had completely failed to give me any kind of professional, knowledgeable, reliable or successful service. Then I read his reviews online and it all made sense. It's too late for me but it's not too late for you. If you are reading these reviews, believe them! I do not normally write reviews either positive or negative but I feel I owe it to any future prospective customers to warn them. This has been the absolute worst, most amateur joke of a business that I have ever encountered! You've been warned.

I moved into a new duplex with my sister and the day we moved in there was a gas leak so the water heater and range needed to be replaced. Our property managment company we leased through contacted Appliance Solutions in St George, Utah and two weeks later, Appliance Solutions still have not been in contact with me to replace the part on the range. I am very unsatisfied with the service provided and the back and forth game that Appliance Solutions has been playing with me and my property managment company these past two weeks.

Our refrigerator stopped working, so we called Appliance Solutions. They were here later that same day. Ron diagnosed the problem, a burned out relay and repaired it within minutes. It now seems to be working like normal. He also diagnosed a dishwasher problem on our 10 year old Hotpoint and advised us to get a new one rather than fixing the old one and charging us for that. Good service.
