THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, VULGAR INDIVIDUALS WHO ONLY KNOW HOW TO SCREAMAND YELL. YOU CAN NOT GET ANY ANSWERS FROM THEM BECAUSE THE OWNER IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN ANSWER YOU AND HE HAS TO BE IN A GOOD MOOD TO DO THAT!! NEVER DEALT WITH A BUSINESS LIKE IT. ONLY HOPE IS THAT THE GUYS WORKING FOR THEM FIGURE OUT THERE ARE OTHER PLACES WHERE YOUR BOSS DOESN'T SCREAM AT YOU ALL THE TIME OR THAT THE BOSS REALIZES HE IS A JERK TO HIS EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR THINK TWICE-- WISH WE HAD SOMEONE TELLS US BEFORE OUR EXPERIENCE!

These people were rude, vulgar and scary!! Left an appliance with them and could not get answers from them about it--each person would tell a different story. Got physically attacked by the woman in the office when I was picking up the appliance before it was repaired. Owner just screamed at everyone--employees and customers!! scary at least I got out of the place just think what could happen in your own home!Never been treated like that in any store!

they did not keep their scheduled appointment, when I called the office, the man was rude, told me he didn't like my attitude, and when I suggested that they cancel the service call, he said fine and then proceeded to say in a snotty why, I wouldn't be able to find anyone else. When I called the warranty company who originally scheduled the service call to inform them of the situation and asked if they would call on my behalf and get it straightened out, which they did, they called me back and refused to come out and service me ever. Not a nice way to treat customers.
Horrible Customer Service - Do not ever use this company.

Horribly rude. Called my extended warranty service company and made an appointment for between 8-12am. At 9:27am called Appliance Service and asked when they would be arriving, told they hadn't been able to reach me so I was not put on the schedule. Gentleman who I spoke to was kinda sharp but said he would call be back in about an hour to see if he could send someone. Lady called back at 11:58 and left a message asking if their tech could come out between 7-9pm. I called back at 12:07pm and told them it was okay. (I had to work but my husband would be able to meet the tech at that time.) At 5:35pm they called and wanted to know if I was home because tech had finished early and was on his way to my home. Again horribly rude.(tone and questions asked). I don't recommed them to anyone, use another company. I would give them no stars.Called warranty provider and asked for another repair company.
