My part took 6 business days to arrive after I was told 3-5 days. They called the 6th business day and scheduled an appt for the following afternoon btwn 12:30-3:30. I arranged the half day off of work to be available. At 12:10 of the scheduled day I received a call to schedule my service. Told them I already had service for the upcoming 3 hrs. They said I wasn't on the schedule and they could not accommodate me that day. That is incompetence which I will not tolerate. I will not use Appliance Services by Paul again, would never recommend their business and I would in fact encourage consumers to find another repair company. I will be sure to tell 10 people for the next 10 days of the problem with this business-that's 100 people. IF I hadn't been waiting already 10 days for this service to be completed I would find someone else. Yes I got an apology but that doesn't cut it when I already rearranged my work week to be available. Too bad you messed up Paul's.
Have used Service by Paul several times, always a pleasure.

I have had several of my appliances break down over the years, and have had Paul's out to repair them each time. They are prompt, professional, and very competant. If I need something fixed in the future you can be sure I will call Appliance by Paul.

Paul's has been taking care of our items now for 30 years. They always follow through and are fair. Many times they call the manufacture because they are Authorized for the brands we own and the get us free parts and sometimes labor. Thanks to Paul and crew

I know most people don't take the time to thank someone for taking care of something you expect to be right and work on demand. I had a problem with my brand new range and I called for service, I was promised a certain date and time and I got my service in a timely manner. They even called me back because there was a cancellation and moved my service up! I did need a part and it was replaced as promised and my brand new range is wonderful! My service was wonderful! Every one I spoke with at Appliance Service by Paul was so nice and concerned about my needs and taking care of me! I would definantly reccomend this comapany to all my family and firends! Thanks for the great service!

I checked around and these people have been in business for years. I asked my dealer, checked the manufacture sites, asked my neighbors and in most cases this is the name that came up over and over again. I found out there are only a few service companies who actually have the training and background to be AUTHORIZED service companies.I had them come out. They did a great job at a fair price and guaranteed their work. They are the only shop I could find that has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)

My refrigerator went out on a Friday afternoon. I had very expensive medicine and was in a panic that it along with all my food would go bad. I called Pauls and at 530 p.m. a technician arrived. He did not have the part I needed on his van but he called the office and someone from their office delivered the part needed to my house so the repair could be complete. The entire repair took about 90 minutes and my medicine and food was saved. They were a great company to work with. Very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond GREAT service. I will only call them in the future!!!

i had a micowave to be fix he came out and blew the fuse in my micowave then charged me for labor and stuck another fuse in, and left. I called back still didn't work tech came out and said you need another part and said i would have to order part from factory myself and they couldn't. these people are a waste for time and they call themselves factory reps!

I called on a Tuesday afternoon for a part for our microwave, they didn't have it in stock but said they would order it and have it shipped to their shop the next day (free!). The next day the part arrived as promised. The part price was competitive, but the fact that I could have the part the next day and not pay for rushed shipping was awesome!
Great Experience - Appliance works great! Always will recommend ASBP.

Appliance Service by Paul is everything they say they are. Great, prompt, reliable service. They diagnosed the problem I had with my refrigerator with accuracy, and turned around the issue with my cooling problem within a few days.My refrigerators compresssor was not working correctly. The starter to my compressor was not firing, so because of that, the compressor would not function. I was offered a "loaner" unit because I have a large family, and so we did not feel inadequate especially with company coming over during the week. I have tried others service companies within the SLC valley, and they came short of what I felt was expectation of what a reputable service company could be. Paul's tech was polite, courteous, and I did not feel uncomfortable with him in my home. You have a customer for life.
