On 7/17/09 I went to the shop to order a part for my LG Range / Oven, the worker asked me to wait for the manager (Tracy), after a long wait he came an attitude (I'm doing you a favor), I gave him the Model number, first he start to order 3 items extra, I asked only for one item, then he order it, and goes it will take one week, then I had a concern about the color, I asked can you please double check the Model number it should end with (SB) stand for surface black, his reply was cut me short, and said "I used the model number you gave me", any way passed one week not sure I will receive the right color, I called one week later Friday 7/24, his reply was not delivered we call you.

Monday 7/27 I called, same reply, I asked when, Stacy goes either tomorrow or the day after, and I thanked him, then he HANG UP the phone on me, (As if I'm the one who lied and said one week), I called back asked did you hang up one me or the line got cut, he goes I finished talking, I said I'm a customer I told you thanks at least you should say "Welcome".

Few minutes later, he called asking in very harsh way, do still your order or shall I cancel it, he is trying to threatening me to me cancel, and I have my oven down for ten days can not cook, I said I still need the parts but I need to be treated with respect, he goes "I don't respect any body", I said you are the one make me wait all this time, you lied to a customer, he hang up one me.

I had to report him to BBB.

I don't want any other customer to get the same treatment, rood un polite, he treat customers bad, he thinks because they need the parts he can do that.



I put this review so other customers fall in his trap, 10 days then they end up with nothing, I ordered on the website and got the item second day delivery.
