I'm from out of town and was looking for a laundry near by. I googled this place, so I went. I was grossed out when I first saw it. This place in a hole in the wall with washers and dryers in it. This place is missing the ceiling and some walls. It was so dirty I did not want my clothes to touch anything. Almost all of the washing machine were broken and it was a big bug in one of the dryers. This place looked worse than a truck stop! I advise no one go there!!

I went there today for the first time and had a very good experience. The place was clean; had lots of front-loading machines for large items like comforters; the dryers were quick (dried in 20 minutes); the attendant was extremely helpful; and not a single machine was out of order.

As the new owner of AppleMary’s Laundry I would like to invite you back for a second try. Sense taking over this older location; We have replaced the old boiler with a new on demand water heater. We have replaced over half the store with brand new equipment to give a better size mixture. We are now offering promotions like free soap on Tuesdays and Wednesday. New and improved Over the last year we have made big improvements to the laundry. We have put in a brand new hot water heater system, replaced over half the store with brand new equipment, added free Wi-Fi and painted. Our location is attended Monday through Saturday with extreme both Spanish and English speaking attendants.

This laundry has more dryers and washers out of order then they have working. The bathroom sink and toilet don't work half the time either NOW, if this isn't bad enough, there is NO HOT WATER. That's right. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!! And there hasn't been any for 2 MONTHS!! The kicker of is that the "store manager" as he likes to call himself knows and if you tell him you want a refund he tells you he will only give you half. I feel if I'm paying for a hot water wash and getting cold water only, than damn it, I should get a FULL REFUND not just half.I can promise you I will never go back to this place again UNLESS THE OLD OWNER, DALE SHULTZ BUYS IT BACK!!!!! HE ALWAYS TREATED HIS CUSTOMERS GOOD!! PLEASE DALE, COME BACK OR LET US KNOW WHERE YOU ARE SO WE CAN GO TO YOU!!!!!!!!Dales long time customer, Gloria
