i love applebees but not this one. i've loved every other one but this applebees in marysville was terrible. the food was good but the service was the worst. took us 15 minutes just to get drinks, our waitress walked by numerous time without even acknowledging us. we had to ask for silverware and got our salad after our steak. never once seen a manager and the place wasn't even that busy. never go to this applebees.

It was disgusting!!! I took my family there last night for my husbands birthday, and his hamburger was completely charred! No exaggeration!! My daughter's mac and cheese was so gross and dry. We got up and walked out! We have never done that before, and I was so upset that we also had to wait 50 mins. for a terrible meal like that!! Very disappointing!

We have tried Applebee's several times over the past year and have been disappointed at this particular restaurant each time. The wait has been ridiculous, and the last and final visit we will make in the restaurant, our daughter had to send her order back because it was still cold. In fact, from the appetizers to the soup and main entrees, the food was lukewarm at best. The weekend manager even followed us out to the parking lot when we asked for a customer card to fill out and wanted us to come back in and try to resolve our issues. It might have been a novel ideal to have an Applebees in our town but now with Bostons open and other area newer restaurants, there are other options that have been much better for our family. I was given an Applebee's gift card at Christmas and may either use it for carry out or regift it to someone else. In any event, we are NOT going to dine in at this restaurant again.

i have to tell you, I really like THE RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD. The only problem is the help leaves a lot to be desired. My husband and I eat out frequently. Three times (at least) now we have got up and left because we were not waited on in a timely manner. And by this I mean sitting there for up to fifteen minutes while waitresses gather at the end of the room or bar area and just talk. We have had rude people and at times they have waited on people who came in after us and we were left sitting there. We are good tippers. Ten dollars or more generally and we often give cash to the help instead of putting it on our card. We get lots of smiles then. We stopped going for a couple of months then decided to give it another try. We got good service the first time we went back. We even really complimented the waitress. The it was back to the same old thing.. One time after three full songs played and we were getting nowhere, we both decided without words we were waiting till the end of the fourth song and then we were leaving. Someone came right at the end of the song. The thing is,we really like the food, BUT we seldom have to sit as long and be ignored anywhere else and frankly we are at the point that we just prefer to take our business elsewhere. At least we don't have to sit fifteen or more minutes and be ignored while the help gossip. I really do not know what the problem is at that particular Applebees. By the way, we have seen this with other customers also. I guess they figure that so many people like the restaurant that a few less customers do not matter.

The food is good, and the servers are always friendly. Their new menu for the "Right Portions, Right Price" promotion is good.

Nice clean restaurant. Wait times aren't too long. The food is always good. Service is usually pretty quick and always friendly.
