They did a good job on my machine. I took it to a couple of other places and it was never right until I brought it here.

They never answered the phone when I called either. That should have told me something about them right then. I took my laptop there to get fixed, and they took a very long time to get it done. I called them several times for updates and those calls were also never returned. When I did reach the guy to inquire the status of my laptop, he said he wasn't in the office and I would have to call him later...(this was during business hours)...I asked him if he could call ME when he was in the office, he said I would have to call him. HUH? When I did find out the status of my laptop (by me calling AGAIN) (it was finished) I went to pick up my laptop. The sticker on his door said they take American Express, so we were going to use that card to pay. Then he said he didn't take AMEX. HUH? He said he removed the sticker from his register/counter but he hadn't removed it from his door. Then he brings out my laptop with NO carrying case. When I took that laptop in I also gave him the case to protect it. He looked and looked for it, but could not find it. He then said that apparently my case "went home" with another customer. (that particular customer went in there with NO case but left with mine? That sounded a little fishy to us). He called that customer and told him that he suspected he had my case. Over the next few days when I did reach him he said that the man who had my case hadn't called him back yet. He then said if he couldn't get mine back he would give me one of theirs. I told him that I did NOT want one of their used cases, mine was a gift and of excellent quality and I didn't want someone else's used, dirty, and germy case. The following week I left a message that I may have to file a theft report with the police if he can't get my case back. It was after that message that he finally answered his phone and informed me that he got it back. He could have gone to the other customers house to get it during his personal time, but I feel that he just didn't want to go that extra step to help a customer. I went down there, got my case, and I will never do business there again.

They don't answer their phones and don't return phone calls.

I have been to 2 other stores and they couldn't get my machine right. The guy at apco fixed it right the first time. I am very happy with the service

This place is horrible. I'm a graphic design student, graduating this fall. I took my computer in over a week ago, and have not received one phone call, I've been calling them to see how it is. They say some minor viruses and they will call when its fixed. Well, still no call. When I took the computer in, I said, I need this done as soon as possible for school please. and he replied in an attitude "Don't people assume I know that they need it as soon as possible?" and continue to have an attitude the entire time. No phone calls, no updates. He said a "few days" it will be fixed. I'm going to get my comp monday whether it is fixed or not. I'd advise not going there. Especially if you need your computer fast and like updates on the work being done.

Dave took the time to explain my problem to me and my options to fix it. Repair was done right and my computer runs great! I won't go anywhere else.
