I called Anytime Plumbing and Heating LLC due to an air duct that was sweating in my basement to the point that my ceiling had water damage. Anytime came over and they were there for 10 minutes. The individual that came over used his flashlight on his phone to look around the air duct and ultimately told my wife that "he did not know what the issue was." A couple days later I receive a bill for 75$ informing me that I needed to open my vents downstairs and re-insulate the duct and call it good. This was clearly not the solution. After receiving the bill I called Anytime and informed them I was not happy with their business, therefore they did change my bill to a partial service call for 45$. It appeared to me the individual that came to my house to look at the issue was extremely lazy and did not want to truly help. I would NOT recommend their business to anyone.

When ever the Clatonia Housing Authority needs work done, it is almost as if these guys are on call just for us. Now I know that they cannot be everywhere at all times, but they certainly have done everything we ever ask, and fairly quickly. The Housing has 4 apt's and 2 years ago we had an AC compressor go out on 40 year old equipment. They fixed it within days with a brand new unit. Now this past January, when we awarded a grant to replace the other 3 units, they did it in very short order, and we are already seeing a savings in out electricity and gas bills. Thank you guys for great work at a reasonable price.
