Assits in Warranty Company Fraud by Frustrated Warranty Holder - 10/03/2009Was an accomplice to my home warranty's attempts to commit fraud. First, they gave the warranty company a vague bid that was used to deny sections of the AC replacement the company was required to cover and was unwilling to give details that would allow me to fight it. Next, once I decided to go to another contractor to complete the non-warranty work, seeing as their bid was excessively high, they told me that they would not do the work like that. They cited that there was no profit in it that way, which indicates to me that they were wrongfully trying to push the warranty companies cost back onto me. When I contacted the warranty company about this, they changed their story, saying that they could not guarantee the work that way. I told them I did not need one but they still refused, and the warranty company would not send another contractor while they were willing to do the work, no matter what it illegally demanded(I am not required to use the warranty companies contractor).
Disappointed by Disappointed - 08/24/2009I scheduled a routine AC check for my unit with Anytime AC. They were able to give me an appt within a few days and arrived on time for the appt. They quoted a fair price. During the AC check the tech's leg fell through the kitchen ceiling, creating a large hole. The tech stated after the check the AC was in good shape. 2 weeks later my AC went out. We attempted to contact the company and left messages, but have not heard back from them. The did send a contractor to fix the kitchen ceiling. At the end of the day I ended up with damage to my home and an AC unit that went out after they checked it. Very disappointed. Would never use their services again.
