If I could give this place zero stars I would! It's Nobember 8, 2014 and I just had the worst experience ever! I went in around 5:30 to pick up my husbands military uniform that he needed for this weekend. It took over 24 hours to dry clean. I went to pick it up and as soon as I got home I realized that it was not clean! The stains were the same, it still smelled, and it was not pressed correctly it had lots of wrinkles. My husband called before I headed back to the store and a guy told him they could redo it and it would be ready by 5 tomorrow. I wasn't waiting another day for it to be cleaned again. It should have been done right the first time. I went in asking for a refund and the kid went back and got a manager. The manager came up and he was so f*cking rude! He said if I wanted it to be cleaned I should have washed it with soap and water at home, that any dry cleaner I took it to it would come out like this, and that I was not getting a refund. I have taken it to flee real dry cleaners and they have NEVER come out like this. There were all teens working the store. He started yelling at me so my mother and I started yelling back. We finally got fed up and left. Upon walking out I mentioned I would right a bad review and tell others not to come here and he said he didn't care. So I just lost a few bucks while hopefully this review will make him loose more than what my refund would have been. If he wasn't so freaking rude and ignorant I wouldn't have gone so far as to write a review. I take this as a few bucks lost to know I'll never go back again! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!! I'd rather drive an hour to take my husbands uniform on base to be dry cleaned than to waste my money and time here!

The type of service offered here is unlike anywhere else. People are hardworking and the services have rates that fit any type of budget.
