Total disregard for the customer !!! I had made an appointment a week and a half prior to showing up. When I arrived, I was told that the enhanced inspection wasn't going to take place - the mechanic was off hunting. I had driven to and from Gettysburg, and lost a day's pay - and would have to lose another day's pay to get this inspection done elsewhere. No remorse, no apology, no effort at a solution. I was angry ! Asked to use the phone, because I didn't have one on me - and was told NO - it was for business only. The least they could do for me, because of their screw up, was to use the phone. I questioned again, and then was told to "get the "bleep" out of his business." How's that for customer service?? My day is a total loss, and HE gets angry !! WOW....Not some place I would ever recommend !!

I would just like to say that the guys down at anthony highway are awsome. Every issue I have ever had with my c\vechicle from phone calls just to ask an information question to making appt to have service done that have been amazing, quick, cheap, and very friendly. I recommend everyone to take there auto needs and state needs there. :)

I went to Anthony Highway Motors on August 1, 2012 to get my fuel/gas tank issue fixed. The problem was it wouldnt let me pump gas correctly, pump kept shutting off. After presumably fixing it once, I took the car down the road and got gas. My problem was still there. I called them back and they told me to bring it back so they can see what more they could do or they would give me refund. I waited there over an hour and they presumably fixed it again, this time I was told one of their men put $15 worth of gas in the tank and he said the problem didnt arise once. I told a guy named Jeff there that I would wait a few days to call back when I got gas again [the tank was too full when I left to get gas that day]. He said ok. I waited until Sunday, August 5 to get gas. I noticed that my problem was still there. The pump is still cutting off. They never fixed the problem. They charged me $120 for this. I called them back today, August 6, and they acted like they didnt want to hear it. I told them I still have the problem. This time when I asked for a refund [because my problem was not fixed] they said no and hung up. I called back and wanted to speak with the owner. They said "he doesnt want to talk to you right now." That's why Im here making this complaint. It is interesting that he offered a refund the first time but not the second. Also interesting is that his mechanic said the car WAS FIXED, because he didnt experience the issue when he pumped gas into my car---he did this without me present [naturally]. I have no other conclusion to come to but that this man lied to me. I had this issue for 2 months in my car and he expects me to believe the ONLY time this incident didnt occur was the ONE time he pumped gas? This was NOT an intermittent problem. It happened EVERY TIME I pumped gas. He wants me to believe it didnt happen to him that ONE time, but its happened to me for 2 months and just last night again. This is fraud. They have my money and my car isnt fixed. These people are liars and frauds and I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Tell everyone you know to go somewhere ELSE.
