Weâve been in business for 40 years now â¦ and through that time much has changed. Technology has evolved and, combined with innovative ideas and tireless efforts from many, weâve been able to truly push the envelope to enhance the services and features we extend out to our client base. One thing that hasnât changed throughout our time in the answering service industry, is a focus on sustaining quality service levels and call handling procedures. Long wait periods, long holds and inefficient processing of calls donât benefit us â¦ poor service levels impact the perception of our clients (from their customers who are calling in) and in turn impact our relationships with our clients; ultimately a real negative for us (especially with all the competition in the answering service market). We simply wouldnât grow as a business if part of our business model was to take advantage of inefficiencies to benefit from our clients. In turn, we invest a large part of our infrastructure into monitoring and sustaining quality service levels (including writing our own workforce management software as well as having a team of individuals whose sole purpose is to ensure we meet our very aggressive service level standards). Does that translate to always answering a phone call within 20 seconds or less or every call handled in 3 minutes or less, unfortunately no as anomalies do occur; but we do sustain benchmarks us ahead of the industry standards in the answering service world. As far as our billing model, we account for our entire infrastructure when tracking usage for our clients. We like to keep it simple (like a cell phone bill) where the usage is tracked from start to end. Taking this approach allows us to offer some of the most competitive rates in our market â¦ where we can offer a client (such as yourself) a rate of .70 a minute or less, our competition typically starts their rates at over $1.10/minute or more. We are able to truly assess our clientâs volume and come up with custom plans that can be cost effective to the client yet still a positive in our business model too. Lastly, we engage in many feedback campaigns with our clients ... and a vast # of valued clients have expressed their happiness with our services both on our website and across many social platforms and review sites (such as this one); it's unfortunate we were unable to fully satisfy you and gain similar feedback. The flowery claims of great ethics and values are so far from the truth they will run up your bill and take all your money if they can. The service is beyond terrible with incompetent agents that keep your customers on the line to extend out the minutes. How long does it take you to record name, number and reason for the call? How about up to 17 minutes! WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS! They are trained to give you lip service and credits when you complain but they never materialize and the service never improves. Who rights positive reviews like the ones above? Of course they are from Answering Service Care! Real customers donât talk like this they are fake reviews. MUCH BETTER OFF LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS LEAVE MESSAGES ON YOUR ON PHONE ANSWERING SYSTEM! RUN

Luis and Jessica, I have used the new Follow Me service and the new fax service for over a week now and I have to say I LOVE them both. The caller ID is working on the forwarded calls and that is awesome; as it never worked before on straight forwarded lines from one office to the other. I have eliminated ALL the nuisance calls by computer and other solicitors. They made me crazy when I had to put a client on hold to answer a call from them. If you market this Follow Me you should add that as a benefit because it ROCKS not having to deal with those people anymore. It has made my life so much easier and free to run my business wherever I want to, from home or the physical office. The fax service is great because I can reprint my faxes whenever I want which is an added plus I didnât even think about. No more, what did I do with that fax? So anyway, after over a decade of using the answering service I am so glad I thought to call you guys to see if you had these services too! Keep up the GREAT WORK!
