Annex Cleaning Service Corp. was established in 2005 in the South West Suburbs of Illinois. Through the years the corporation has helped many homeowners restore their homes, while giving a cleaner and healthier environment to live in. When Annex launched, the main service was carpet cleaning. Three years later, Annex added services for their clients, such as water damage restoration, which included floor and upholstery cleaning. Through certification and expert skills, Annex continues to expand, offering a variety of new services, such as air duct cleaning, window, wall, and ceiling cleaning, janitorial/home cleaning, and Oriental rug cleaning.

Annex’s office is located in Orland Park, IL. The current office has a showroom that is very impressive, where clients may visit to purchase products for their home or workplace needs. Annex warehouse holds the most effective restoration tools and equipment to handle all clients’ needs.

Annex is very blessed to be where they are; however, without an excellent staff, they would not have been able to expand. Their experienced team has done this by working together and giving phenomenal customer service.
