I'm sorry for poor service and wait too long

I'm sorry for poor service and wait too long because our Technician didn't speak English. Also is hard to find good Technician do good massage and speak English well. This time we know what the problem now we have more Technician then last time and most of the speak English. You don't have wait too long and we solve the problem at long as you let us know We welcome any invitedThanks Ann

Sorry to all customer for poor service from us

Sorry what we are did wrong to you.By the way who is name TrishoBryanOn that day I don't know what go on then 4 weeks after you got your nails done. you call me on the phone and told me what happen. I'm say sorry and tell you came back I give you some discount. Then next day you came and you told me the Nail's Tech. Do good job last your nails long time no breath ect...... Then when I done your nails you want pedicure after we done your nails and pedicure you just walk out of the door with out say anything. And one guy call you for paid you say I think is free. I asking you did you go any where is free. You say I told you do this for pay last time of my Technician. And I say last time you paid only $ 40 now this service was $ 67And you say you dont want to pay for it if I want to call cop that fine. Then I let you go with out cop and no pay but I told you next time we my not do you nails or have to ask you pay before we do service.Thanks your business.AnnP.S. Held Hostage

A friend of mine and I decided to go get her nails done. when we showed up they were ,not to say rude, but not welcoming or inviting as I believe any professional establishment should treat any customers. The listing price on almost everything was not accurate or even comparable to what they verbally said to us from the get go. Either way we both were feeling a little uncomfortable but wanted to just get this mess over with. The lady who did mine left dirt and my own long nails beneath her working masterpiece. Once finished I was disappointed in the way my nails looked and the fact that she didn't clean up my actual nails. Aside from that the entire time I was getting my nails worked on; she was on speakerphone chatting away to whomever. The final blow for me was when I told her I was unsatisfied with the outcome her and a couple females and a man came over to me physically grabbing at me. To make an even longer story shorter I simply asked to speak with the person in charge and I guess she was on vacation. Well then I walked to the register behind my friend who paid and when it came my turn to pay I simply asked for a reduction in price. All of a sudden this man runs to the door and locks it in my friends face, literally, Interesting now we are being held hostage ??? The police were contacted and showed up in less than 3 minutes. From what we heard it wasn't the first time anyone has called for help either. Never again and I hope the owner is aware of these incidents. And yes I paid the full amount there and turned right around and contacted my bank.

Good work-bad service

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened and the experience has been rapidly declining. My nails, toes, and eyebrows always usually look great when I leave (there have been a few failures) but the experience has gotten to be so disturbing that I will find another salon. I have had to wait an hour to get a POLISH CHANGE without an apology or acknowledgement that it was not acceptable. That actually happened two times back to back. Recently, I was unhappy with the long wait and the fact that other customers went before me when I knew that they arrived after I did and where getting the same treatment. However, when I quietly asked the owner why that happened, she was loud, rude, and did not apologize or try to fix the problem. In addition to that, the last time I got my eyebrows waxed, they took off waaaaay to much hair. When I told the lady that I said I didn't want them thin, I was told they look better this way. I gave them many chances but I would definitely suggest you look for another salon if you want a friendly, consistent salon that cares about their customer service.

I'm move from California. I don't know where to go get my nails done.I'm asking some one on Camplejuneyardsale.com they told me Ann's Spa Nails is the best in jacksonville town. They are friendly and i like the pedicure is clean
