This place is AWFUL! I cannot stress this enough. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They don't even deserve the one star I'm forced to give them just to leave this review.

We brought our 4 month old puppy here to be spayed. When we went to pick her up we were shocked that she was handed over to us covered in her own filth. She was literally soaking in her own urine. They had let her sit in it for who knows how long. We were also not very happy to see that the plastic cone we had to purchase for her to wear after her surgery was disgusting and filthy. Needless to say, I went to PetCo and spent $30 on an inflatable collar the next day.

Two days after her surgery our puppy started bleeding a little from her incision site. We called and they told us to bring her in. We brought her in where the receptionist pretty much ignored us. A vet tech came out to see her. She eventually took our puppy to the back to be seen by the doctor and to put a pressure wrap on. We weren't even invited to go in the back with our puppy, which we found odd since we have always been allowed to go into her appointments at any other vet office. Who knows if she was even really seen or looked at by the doctor. We went home where our puppy was in so much pain from the pressure wrap that she cried and wouldn't even sit or lay down for 15 hours. When we took the wrap off we were shocked to see that they had taped it directly to her skin using what looked like masking tape instead of medical tape. Her skin was literally ripping. She was in so much pain afterwards and still limping and crying that we had to call the vet in Wonder Lake, where we received wonderful service.

The staff is extremely rude and VERY SLOW. It should not take 20 minutes to staple 3 papers together. They barely acknowledge you're there, and the receptionist seems incompetent.

Needless to say, we will not return.

Horrible cashier. Sold a collar that did not even fit my dog. Probably will not use again in future.

Took three of my dogs there for all vaccinations on a Sunday - $6 apiece. Can't beat that for price. Took one dog there to be spayed and another tiny Poodle with hypoglycemia problems there for a dental. Both were returned to me in good shape. They took blood glucose levels on the Poodle prior to doing any procedures, he came back frisky and eager to eat his dinner when I got him home, even with having lost 5 teeth. Very pleased with their services. Will use again.
