Brought my dog here a few times and she comes back happy and healthy every time. I know they take good care of her here. :)

I tried Animal Crackers grooming. Thought they had great prices and grooming on weekends, grooming was so so but I guess you get what you pay for. Last time my dogs came back with fleas...sorry won't be back.

We love Animal Crackers. I have a very active one-year-old pup, and Animal Crackers is the only place I have ever boarded her. The owners are wonderful, and treated my boyfriend (who is a veterinarian) and me to a tour of the facility in August. I am so happy right now, because we're going out of town for Thanksgiving and waited too long to reserve my dog a place, and Animal Crackers was full! :-( However, I was placed on a waiting list and the owner called me just this morning, when the luxury suite opened up. My sweet dog will enjoy being treated like the little princess she is, and will also enjoy four walks a day. And the price is more than reasonable. Please give Animal Crackers a try. We <3 this place.

Lucy loves Animal Crackers! I had to go out of town, and didn't want to hire a pet sitter for my 10-month-old puppy, Lucy. She is just too active, so I thought it would be best to board her at a place like Animal Crackers, where she will receive indivualized attention. So, I visited Animal Crackers a week before my trip, and the owners were absolutely wonderful. They said I was welcome to take a tour, and I can't tell you how impressed I was with the kennel area, and also the play area as well. When I boarded Lucy, they greeted her and made her feel right at home. When I picked her up, she was clean and had obviously been treated with lots of love and kindness. I drove out of my way to board her at Animal Crackers (from The Woodlands), and past several other boarding facilities, including Best Friends, which costs about 3 times as much as Animal Crackers, and my dogs have contracted kennel cough at Best Friends every time they've boarded there. Not so with Animal Crackers. This place is wonderful! I am trying to figure out the reason for the negative reviews... the only thing I can figure is that those people have a personal beef with the owners, because, from what I have witnessed, none of the allegations in the negative reviews is true at all.

I highly recommend Animal Crackers! I have been taking my dog there for almost a year, every time I go out of town and everyone there is absolutely wonderful. This summer was hotter than ever here in the Houston area, and I had to go out of town in July. The temperatures outside climbed to 110 degrees, and so I asked if it was ok for me to go back and look at the kennel area before I left. Let me tell you the wonderful owners at Animal Crackers welcomed me to the &amp;quot;back&amp;quot;, and I noticed they have THREE air conditioning units running in that one kennel area alone. They are very careful to keep the temperature inside the kennel areas at a comfortable level, and the kennel door to the outdoor area are securely closed when the dogs are inside. Also, the kennels were immaculately clean. I highly recommend this place! Princess gives it TWO PAWS up!

This facility is not good. Dogs are not let out to play and dogs do not always have water in their bowls. Staff is non caring young adults that only do it because they need a job. Daycare dogs are not let out to play and the Manager has her own dogs kenneled there that do NOT EVER get out of their runs! They were born there and are at least 4 years old. Dogs also do not always get a dog bed and treats that owners leave are not given.

I would never take my dogs to Animal Cracker Boarding kennel. They are a very unclean facility. Also the employees were very rude all the time. They never took the dogs out for their playtimes and the facility was knowing but brick kennels that where way to small. They have no central heating and the manager doesn't even know how to take care of her own 5 Bouvier des Flandres (AkA Bouviers) all are very matted. So why would I or you want to board you dog anywhere that the own manager doesn't take care of her own dogs. They stay in the runs everyday all day and they are never let out to go run or anything. Personaly I would tell you to never and I mean never take your dog there. Take your dog to Prestonwood Kennels or Cypressfulls Petresort or if you dont mind driving to find a great place you can go to Rosehill Petresort. Please your dogs are your family don't board at Animal Crackers

The employees are extremely rude. When I called to ask about doggie daycare, I was rudely told that they are full and have their &amp;quot;regulars.&amp;quot; It seemed like they are forever booked and don't want new customers. I was extremely disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I will happily take my business else where.
