Took my little dog to vet after he got into a fight with a much bigger dog. When I walked in, I did not see any sign that said NO CHECKS. When finished I went up to pay and they said they did not accept checks. It was a company check,and the bill was $170.00. I did not have my purse with me. They actually took my dog and held him hostage until I came back with cash. This to me us the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Who holds a dog hostage?

If you are looking for doggy daycare in the Westminster, Arvada, Broomfield area - this is the best you will find. Debbie and Megan are WONDERFUL with my dogs!

Beware of the charges and tests that are not needed, and prepare to be belittled by Dr. Stroberg

We love Dr. Pei his is wonderful. He is so kind and caring to all of our pets. I would go anywhere to see Dr Pei. If you go to this Vet only see Dr. Pei. DO NOT SEE DR STROBERG. Dr. Stroberg is awful. Dr Stroberg is very uncaring he dose uses scare tactics and puts people down.

Dr. Pei was very good to us, and the staff are generally friendly.... but we won't be going back. In short, we believe Dr. Stroberg (the surgeon) overcharges outrageously, uses scare tactics, and is competent but cares more about his bottom line than the care of the animal.- In our initial consultation with Dr Pei we were told that 5 lumps on our Miniature Schnauzer would cost about $730 to remove in a written estimate. We were told it probably wasn't necessary unless the lumps increased in size. The lumps grew, and 6 months later we dropped our dog off for surgery, and were told that our "estimate would have to be reviewed with Dr. Stroberg.". Long story short: it ended up costing $1300!- Insult to injury: we had a protective E-Collar (cone) for our dog once he got home, and the vet tech said it wouldn't be necessary to charge us for one if we brought it to them. Dr. Stroberg disagreed, and insisted on charging us $15.50. This E-Collar ended up tearing into our poor dog

I brought my cat in for an emergancy visit. The doctor looked at her for one second , then sent in a tech with a huge list of things he wanted to do at a huge cost. When I asked if it was life threateningthey said no. I said that I felt more comfortable having my regular vet treating her. When I asked the "doctor" if she needed pain meds for the night, he said why don't you ask your own doctor and slammed the door. This Doctor is horrible, and needs to go sell used cars somewhere!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!! I would rather bring my pets to a third world country for care than this place.
