Outstanding company. Had them come out after 3 other companies told me a variety of different solutions, until Matt found out I just needed freon. Thanks so much for the honesty and great help!

Had angelic air come out to clean the coil on my AC and I also paid for a new washable filter $70. The Technician that cleaned the coil took measurements for the filter and said it would be in soon. The wrong size was order so they sent out another technician to take more measurements of my existing air filter and a second wrong size was ordered again. On the third attempt they sent out a supervisor and he took measurements as well. Heard nothing from them. Called and the receptionist would take message and I never received a call back from anyone. I never received the filter made several phone calls was told I'd be called back never receive calls back so I gave up! I would rather never use them again then play their games and I would never recommend them! If I could give them a negative star rating I would!

If only I could give it negative numbers because even 1 star is too much. I hired AA to replace my heat and air in the beginning of 2014. The a/c was installed but a part needed to be ordered to complete the furnace. It took MONTHS and multiple phone calls later before this part was even ordered let alone installed. I got a lot of, "Nobody told me this part needed to be ordered" including the owner who was clueless to the months of inactivity and incompletion of my services. It was a YEAR later before the county inspector showed up and FAILED the work due to an electrical connection just lying there out in the open. It's now 4 months later and I just called again about getting this work done. OH, and the original installation of the furnace left a gas line uncapped and multiple leaks to the 30 year old copper lines they didn't bother to replace. Run far and run fast from this train wreck of a company!!!

When our Air Conditioning went out this summer, we were very afraid to seek out a company. We had heard horror stories about AC companies taking advantage of the residents in our area and since we were new, we were not sure whom to use. We found Angelic Air on Dex knows. Other customers had given them great reviews and they had a nice web site that gave us lots of information. We also checked the company out on the Better business Bureau, where they had an A+ rating, and on Angie's List, where they also had an above average rating. We decided to call. We were greeted on the phone by courteous staff, and appointment was scheduled the same day and our technician was there within two hours. The technician was very informative and even allowed us to speak to the owner on the phone. the owner extended a great price to us and the repair was completed before the end of the day. I cannot express how happy we are with Angelic Air. I wanted to be sure to post a review so that others could be assured that this was a company they could put trust in.
