my wife and myself are in our golden years,In feb we are going to a wedding,So we decided we needed new clothes, me a suit the wife a dress,well the owner of the store was so good to us,by the time we left the store we were VERY happy,My wife was crying because she was treat so good,And she said that she felt so beautiful in her new dress.Me im am VERY pleased with my new suit,I also felt much younger and handsome when we left the store.Oh by the way her prices were fair(much less than we expected). So we will refer this dear lady. good job

The scathing reviews you read about this store are all on target. They were having a "great sale" so we sadly ignored the reviews and went to get a tux. A "great sale" in quotes because of all the hidden fees and add ons. When they called to arrange the tux pick up they confirmed that we had NOT ordered a shirt when we DEFINITELY DID. We ordered a super cute shirt with an old school type collar. They ended up giving us just a regular shirt they had in stock. When the shirt was returned with the tux they charged us an extra $20 because we didn't return the cufflinks. Cufflinks we NEVER GOT! The shirt didn't even have cuffs which take cufflinks! When we confronted them about it they said, "Well I guess it's your word against mine." And they refused to return the $20 dollars. You don't want to know the words that were exchanged after that!

well i think the bride that said nothing wrong with this bridal shop (10/21/10) must of had more money then brains since all you read about is "how bad the service was" so on,so i guess money does talk. i was just wondering how in gods name does a s... a.. place like this stay in business if NOT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES bother to LISTEN to what the CUSTOMER wants NOT the H... WHAT THEY WANT TO SELL YOU THEN LIE SWITCH YOUR ORDER & JUST ABOUT any other thing they D... WELL PLEASE!!! i think they need to be SHUT DOWN or FIRED the whole shop. what do you think?????

The customer service is appalling, the manager included. As soon as the manger found out I did not have the "mother of the bride" with me she handed me off mid consultation to help another "complete" wedding party. As soon as I said i was looking to do a non traditional ceremony, and perhaps a non traditional dress, i was pretty much ignored. I did however find a gorgeous dress (with a rather high price tag, which got the managers attention on me again) However with my mother living in a different country and not able to get here until January, I wanted a picture of the dress, I was told no, they also did not have a picture of the dress on their website, and they are discontinuing the dress in December! I was told I might be lucky if I came in, in January with my mother, it might still be there,but that they couldn't reserve the dress either! The dresses are gorgeous., but not worth the rude, snobbish atmosphere!

The best personal service I have ever recieved anywhere. I found my gown that I loved and purchased staying withing my price range. Thank you Angelas Bridal. You are great!I liked that I wont be dressed like my friends getting married with my choice. My bridesmaids are now getting their gowns at 25% savings. I will be using them for tuxedos as it is easy to do all in one store and can match my bridesmaids dresses way below other tux rental prices around the valley.

Complete lack of customer service. Pushy salespeople. Will not work with you if there are problems, the managers are greedy and do not treat customers with respect. Avoid.

Angela's Bridal gave me the some of the worst customer service that I've had. They were pushy, the owner was rude, and unprofessional. The sales lady also didn't even know their stores layaway and payment plan policies. They were extremely uptight and made the dress experience irritating and stressful.
