Do not buy anything from this place!! Customer service is terrible once they make the sale. All they care about is making a sale. Once they get their money they do NOTHING about the boats issues (on a brand new 2016 $60,000 boat) they basically said your on your own. Sad to have a boat with a warranty that we will be fixing on our own!! Go anywhere else!!

We bought a boat from them 3 years ago and have been storing with them every year since then. In those three years they have cut our conducer hose, the speedometer hose, cut our seat, claimed they replaced it, only to find a hack patch job on it, that's already cracking (when we just got it two weeks ago) including over spray on the poles, somehow put a hole in the cover and also patched that (never saying a word about it). The worst customer service ever, I have been speaking with the Manager Dave and all he does is say "we will make it right" three years later, more damage happens, the more we store it. Don't buy from them. Don't store with them and save yourself some unnecessary stress.

Kudos to Anderson Boat for the AMAZING makeover on our 2003 Odessey boat. We bought the boat new from them 13 years ago and returned to them to repair our motor, replace the vinyl on our worn seats, make a new cover and Bimini boot, and replace the worn carpet with vinyl covering. The motor just purrs as we cruise the lake and the boat and cover looks fabulous! We are very happy with our "new again" boat! Great job guys!

I ordered a new motor to be installed on my boat. The motor was purchases under a Boat Show Sales Event Promotion that included all new rigging. None of the free rigging was provided or installed and they even tried to charge me for a new oil tank that was part of the promotion. Fortunately when I contacted Evinrude they concurred and got them to install what should have been installed originally. When I picked up the boat it was a total mess. Wires hanging everywhere, debris all over and the wiring was incorrectly installed so the motor and other items in the boat did not work correctly or did not work when it was returned to me. Evinrude again stepped in and paid me to take it to a competent marina and had them go through it and correct the problems. I would not recommend them for any purchase.

I have bought parts here for a few years now. This year i decided to buy a new boat. The salesmen there sold my boat within a week of me dropping it off. I was in the water in my brand new Stingray ONE DAY after i picked out the one i wanted. They made the buying and selling process so easy! I will be a life long customer!

This place is the worst business i have ever encountered. I dropped of the lower unit of my motor for an estimate in the first week of October. Dave the service manager told me it would about two weeks for an estimate and told mentioned nothing about a charge. The paperwork he wrote up also had not price. When I hadn t heard anything by the middle of November I called to see whats going on with my unit and they told me they have not had a change to look at it yet but i would definatly have a price by thanksgiving. I never got a quote then and i proceeded to call every few weeks and getting the same response that they haven t gotten to it yet. Finally after calling in the begging og march and demanding a response they called me a few weeks later with an outrageous price. When I went to go pickup my unit at the end of March, they wanted a 140.00 to give me back my lower unit, which they did nothing too. When i said they didn t mention anthing about a cost Dave got loud with me and took back my lower unit and then said he was going to call the police if I didn t get out of his store. When I refused to leave he tried to pick a physical fight with my 66 year old dad. These guys are a bunch of liars and cheats. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS.

At the beginning of july i bought a new pontoon boat from anderson's. in an unfortunate matter i ran my motor over a sand bar and wrecked it. Within one week Anderson's came out to my house picked up the boat and fixed the damage and had the boat back to my dock running like brand new again.

excelent sales and service. Would recommend anderson boat sales to anyone looking for service parts or sales.

Great service and fast turn around. I brought my boat in for and needed it the next day for a party we where having. They were able to get my boat back up and running the next day and for a great price.

I've been taking my two boats here for years for service. Service is great, really quick turn around and quality work. I also order my parts from there and just recently bought one of those inflatable islands that everyone is sold out of, I was able to get one the VERY NEXT DAY!!! I've been a boat owner for several years and have dealt with many other places in the lakes area, this is by far the best!. When it comes time for a new boat I will check them out first!

They destroyed my boat!!! I trusted them to shrink wrap and store our boat and it came back in horrible condition with broken items. The carpet was so filthy I did not even recognize it. I would never ever recommend this place for storage. I am beyond words at the condition of our boat.

Please take my advice, Anderson Boat Sales cares nothing for the customer post sale and will treat you in a very offensive matter. Please go anywhere else to buy a boat. We spent over 30k on a new boat and Dave Anderson will treat your matter with excuses, no follow through and the attitude that he has made his money and will never remember your name!!

I bought a pontoon boat with an electric engine from them 4 years ago and they store my boat in the winter. When they delivered my boat in early may the shaft to my engine was bent. They of course denied damaging it but it was not damaged when they picked it up and other boat dealers sid it could only be bent by backing it up into something while on the trailer. They said it would take a week or 2 to fix it . It is 3 months and I still dont have my motor . They blame it on Minnekota but when we called them they said Anderson never ordered the part. Dave the manager is the worst he outright lies to you. He said the motor was ready and they would have it on the boat last Saturday we waited all day and they never came. When I called the following Monday they said the motor wasnt done and they just started working on it that day and we should have it in a couple of days. By the following Saturday we still didnt have the motor and when we called they said they would be bringing it to us later that day. Again we waited and they didnt come or call. They outright lie to you and good luck trying to get them to call you back. Leaving a message is pointless because they will not return your call. Do not do business with this place buy a boat or service it somewhere else even if you have to pay more . If I ever get my engine back this is the last I will ever deal with them. I already filed a complaint with the better business bureau and would sue them if I had the time. STAY AWAY FROM ANDERSON BOATS !!!

I stored my boat with Anderson and I was hit with dubious charges that were not brought to my attention when I sent the boat in. They forced me to pay these before they would release my boat from storage. I would never store my boat there again.
