Mr. Anderholt graduated from San Diego State University in 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration while employed as a deputy and sergeant by the Imperial County Sheriff's Office. He received his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law - San Diego in December of 1986.
Mr. Anderholt is a grandson of an Imperial Valley pioneer family and was raised on the farm. His background in local agriculture as well as law enforcement proves invaluable in the litigation of many of his cases.
Mr. Anderholt is a member of the Imperial County Bar Association, Past President of the Holtville Rotary Club, served as a member of the San Diego State University Alumni Association Board of directors for six years, President of the Imperial Valley College Foundation, a former Commissioner for the Imperial Valley Housing Authority, and has served on the Imperial Valley Literacy Volunteers of America Advisory Board. He was honored by SDSU Imperial Valley Campus as its 1992 Alumnus of the Year. He was also honored by Imperial Valley Literacy Volunteers of America as its Volunteer of the Year - 1995-1996.
Mr. Anderholt is fluent in English and Spanish.

Mr. Thomas W Storey joined the firm as a partner in 1999. His emphasis is in criminal defense.
Mr. Storey first became acquainted with the criminal justice system as a deputy sheriff in 1970. Mr. Storey completed his education through Western State University while working for the Imperial County Sheriff's Office as a deputy and sergeant. Mr. Storey transferred from the Sheriff's Office to the Imperial County District Attorney's Office after receiving his Juris Doctor.
Mr. Storey is a second generation resident of Imperial County. His law enforcement experience and experience with the District Attorney's Office influenced him to run for political office. Mr. Storey was elected District Attorney of Imperial County and served as District Attorney until 1987.
Mr. Storey has tried in excess of one hundred fifty criminal trials through verdict since he started practicing law in 1978. His experience as a law enforcement officer, deputy district attorney, district attorney, and criminal defense attorney make him one of the most experienced and qualified criminal defense and trial attorneys in Imperial County.
