Unbelievably horrible and upsetting experience. I had a brand new beautiful silk blouse which I have only worn once, and sent it to Amy's to be washed for the first time. They returned it to me with the sleeves shrunken by about 5 inches, and the whole blouse shrunken by 1-2 sizes. The blouse also had various tiny stains on it that were not there before. It took a month for Amy's to deal with this issue- after me leaving countless polite messages, talking to various salesclerks, and being patient. Ultimately they refused to take responsibility or provide me ANY sort of reimbursement or apology for ruining this blouse. I asked what type of error they were blaming this on and Cheryl told me it had "signs of age and wear" and added "I don't know where (Nordstrom's) got their silk". This is not the first bad experience I had with them, though it was the worst. This was a $214 blouse which is now totally unwearable and ruined. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Amy's is great, they fixed my pant hem for free! When I had my pants cleaned. They seem to really care and in my opinion went above and beyond. I was going out of town to a wedding and needed my clothes back in a hurry, I am now a loyal customer.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I brought two shirts in to be pressed, they were returned completely stained and unwearable! The customer service was HORRIBLE! I filed a customer concern form that apparently the owner is supposed to respond to....never heard from her. I called two times, on the second call they told me I should call back in the morning and try and catch her and that "She has been very busy making calls and with appointments" WHAT?! Finally, on the 3rd call the owner told me there was nothing she could do. No apologies, nothing!I would never recommend this dry cleaning service, nor will I ever use it again.
