Called and left two messages for service and they never even called back. I guess they don't need the business.

Have been using theIr services for over 30 years mr.Miller was the best and Mark his son is following in his dads foot steps.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND

i have never been treated so disrespectfully by a company and its personnel! they do not do what they say they will, they fail to show up, when they do, the problem persists and wasn't properly diagnosed and addressed, the charges are astronomical for mysterious work they refuse to explain, and at the end of the day, my pool is a mess and they take no responsibility to follow up on their work. nasty unprofessional staff and pool workers and absolutely no accountability for work done or billings charged.

i am a woman, not the richest gal on the block and soft spoken. that's three strikes against me with this company. not only did their scheduling errors allow my pool to go green, but after acknowledging they weren't there due to a scheduling error, they said they had a number of clients ahead of me due to the flooding THE EVENING BEFORE. in addition, their billing is misleading and not to be trusted. zero stars.

Always pleasant to deal with. They have a lot of good technical knowledge and advice.Not the cheapest, but well worth the slightly higher charges.
